Join us at Fino on 26 June for a beautifully indulgent winter evening with Quartz Reef and Moko Hills — celebrating truffles, Central Otago wine, and a dinner with just the right amount of decadence.
The evening begins with welcome bubbles on arrival, which feels entirely appropriate given Quartz Reef’s sparkling pedigree. With Rudi Bauer recently recognised as New Zealand’s top vigneron for 2026 and Quartz Reef’s Méthode Traditionnelle continuing to collect top sparkling accolades, there will be no shortage of reasons to raise a glass early.
From there, we move into four truffle-led courses, matched with eight exceptional wines from two distinctive Central Otago producers.
Alongside Quartz Reef’s elegant, biodynamic Bendigo wines, we’re delighted to welcome Donald from Moko Hills, one of Bendigo’s rising stars bringing his own energy, character and site-driven wines to the table.
Expect generous flavours, thoughtful pairings, a little winter decadence, and plenty of good humour and musings along the way.
